School Campus Security Assessments

Comprehensive vulnerability assessments for K-12 private schools, boarding schools, and independent educational institutions

Comprehensive SchoolVulnerability Assessment

Our flagship engagement examines your campus across people, processes, and technology—from visitor management and perimeter security to supervision patterns and emergency readiness. I start with a 300+ question pre-site questionnaire and then spend 4+ days on-site validating and expanding on those responses with first-hand observation and stakeholder interviews.

A comprehensive third-party safety assessment is one of the fundamental foundations of school safety endorsed by the U.S. Department of Justice and other law enforcement agencies. Third-party consultants bring both a fresh perspective and the professional authority needed to assess your framework, identify threats, and guide results.

Understanding Private School Challenges

While private school incidents are far less common, private schools often have less dedicated funding, resources and personnel to focus on emergency planning and preparedness. I grew up in private and boarding schools, so I understand board dynamics, parent expectations, and the culture around change. I have spent much of the last three years helping private school leadership teams strengthen people, protocols, and technology by delivering in-depth vulnerability assessments and actionable plans.
